I’m Stef Woof (that’s Stef with an F and Woof like a dog)

I’m an illustrator, designer and workshop facilitator with a love of stories.

I work with communities, cultural organisations and businesses to uncover the people, places and ideas that make them unique, transforming those stories into murals, maps, books, brand assets and creative workshops.

My approach is collaborative, I enjoy getting beneath the surface of a project, listening to different perspectives and finding creative ways to communicate what matters most.

The result is hand-drawn work that is rich in detail, rooted in real experiences, and designed to spark curiosity and connection.

Whatever form a project takes, my aim is always the same: to help people tell their stories and connect through creative experiences.

I believe that illustration has the power to communicate ideas and experiences in a way that goes beyond words.

The most meaningful stories emerge from collaboration. This happens through conversations, research, workshops and creative activities.

By involving people in the process and creating space for different voices, the final outcome becomes more meaningful and representative of the people it was created for.

When designing and facilitating workshops, either for a large project or a stand alone activity, my philosophy is confidence and joy first, then skills follow. I truly believe that everyone has the capacity to be creative, and my role is to create an environment where people feel comfortable experimenting, expressing themselves without pressure or judgement, and discovering their own creative voice.
